We all wish we can have a love like the Notebook right? Fall in love at a young age, meet your perfect match, go through trials and tribulations and still prevail at the end. It’s funny how many of us do have a relationship like this, but we just seem to forget what matters. What I like about the Notebook is that it’s a romantic love story exemplifying your love to your partner. And I believe in many ways, all relationships can kind of relate to this movie. This extraordinarily sweet account of two people who truly love each other is virtually outdone by the power of the love they share. And seeing their experience is like hearing a song that we already know and love, it’s one we don’t mind hearing again, especially when it is sung so well. So looking at the movie and then viewing your own relationship, you’ll hear every note and enjoy each moment.
Unlike most love stories I like how this story takes us beyond the mere beginning of a true love and takes us all the way to how it ends. Kind of how we look at our relationships, we see them from the rise to the fall. And while we may know of many relationships that end prematurely, the one celebrated here expresses just how two people can stay committed to each other their whole lives, no matter the difficulties. I think it shows example, I know we won’t go through the same thing but the things they experience such as distance and new love and old love and hate is something we can all relate to. It’s the love and lifelong commitment between a man and a woman that will overcome any obstacle.
Do you believe in the Notebook kind of love? This movie shows that, as with any romantic relationship, things don’t always go perfectly. Noah and Allie don’t hit it off right away, like many of us don’t hit it off right away with someone. Allie’s parents also do not approve of Noah because he is not up to their standards, as many of us experience the same thing. What is beautiful is that, this factor does not stop them from loving. Don’t ever let anyone dictate your future, or your relationship. Determination prevails and hard work makes all things possible even in a life of negativity. All things gained from love are reminders of hope and trust. Especially the love of someone who loves you, adores you, and cherishes you. Remember, the path you are given in life does not always seem like the best one but in the long run it will all be worth it, I promise. <3

You meet new people, become friends, and you eventually become close. You become a group who hangs out on a daily basis. Relationships and feelings form. You have fights and arguments among each other. Break ups happen, friendships are lost, and groups are fallen apart. And you become strangers slowly. But at the end of the day, deep down inside, you miss everything you had with the people you lost.
